+ Millwork Installer The Millwork Installer is expected to be able to install custom, high-end millwork for commercial projects. The person assuming this position must be proficient in installing architectural millwork, fixtures, and cabinetry. + Essential Job Functions Execute all aspects of cabinet installations, demonstrating the capacity to comprehend and implement written, visual, or verbal directives. Inspect the installation site and analyze shop drawings and/or blueprints to ascertain necessary specifications, instructions, materials, dimensions, positioning, tools, and assembly techniques. Handle the loading and unloading of supplies, tools, and/or equipment. Utilize power saws or hand saws to resize materials and components. Assemble component parts or affix components to a structure or building using screws, bolts, nails, and various hand and power tools. Exhibit a robust ability to troubleshoot issues related to machining errors, ambiguous shop drawings, and more. Must be willing to work in the shop at times. + Education and Experience Cabinetry certification and/or three + years' experience in related field. Knowledge of carpentry/construction industry, including processes, procedures, equipment, tools and machinery; experience in Millwork/Casework installation, strongly preferred. Knowledge of the safe operation of basic hand and power tools and millwork tools such as router, table saw, files, chop saw, sander etc. +

Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range:

$25.00-$32.00 Hourly/Non-Exempt Position Position comes with health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as short term disability insurance. Time off that begins accruing immediately. + Workplace Policies and Agreements FSLA Status - Hourly/Non-Exempt Current Driver's License is required. UA/7 Year Background Check is required upon acceptance.
