We're looking for skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Makers to join a high-end custom millwork shop producing premium cabinetry for luxury residential and commercial projects. Shop Cabinet Maker We are seeking experienced Cabinet Makers for shop positions in Waterbury and Greenwich, CT. These opportunities are open to candidates interested in direct hire or temp-to-perm positions with long-term growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and assemble high-end custom cabinetry and millwork components Work from shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain high-quality craftsmanship standards on all projects Collaborate with shop teams to meet production schedules and deadlines Ensure all finished products meet AWI Premium Grade standards
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Cabinet Maker or Millwork Carpenter in a shop environment Strong understanding of custom cabinetry fabrication and assembly Experience producing work to AWI Premium Grade standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team
