Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated Cabinet Maker/Fabricator Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in cabinet making and fabrication. The role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in cabinet making, blueprint reading, and various construction techniques. Candidates should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry components using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication Support the installation of cabinets and related fixtures, doors, and drawers on-site or in the workshop Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely to support manufacturing and construction activities Aid in the preparation of materials, including cutting, sanding, and finishing Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency during fabrication processes Requirements Knowledge of math - specifically having the ability to convert fractions to decimals (0.000) and vice versa Familiarity with hand tools, shop-related power tools, and schematics reading Ability to perform heavy lifting safely Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship Willingness to learn new skills related to cabinet making, fabrication techniques, and more
