We are a residential remodeling company that primarily focuses on kitchens, bathrooms and additions. Competitive pay based on experience and craftsmanship level About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented High-End Kitchen Cabinet Installer & Trim Carpenter to join our team. This position is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in precision work, understands luxury residential finishes, and can execute flawless installations in custom homes and upscale remodels. The ideal candidate has extensive experience installing premium cabinetry, crown molding, paneling, and architectural trim with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism on job sites. Responsibilities Install custom and semi-custom kitchen cabinetry with precision and efficiency Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and layout specifications Perform detailed trim carpentry including crown molding, fillers, scribe work, toe kicks, panels, and decorative finishes Ensure cabinets are level, plumb, aligned, and installed to luxury finish standards Modify cabinetry and trim components as needed for field conditions Install hardware, accessories, range hoods, floating shelves, and specialty millwork Collaborate with project managers, designers, contractors, and homeowners professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify and resolve installation issues proactively Protect finished surfaces and maintain high-end job site etiquette Qualifications 5+ years of experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction practices Ability to perform complex scribe work and custom fitting Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, lasers, and layout equipment Ability to read plans and execute layouts independently Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift and maneuver cabinetry and materials safely Professional appearance and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with luxury kitchens and custom millwork Ability to fabricate or modify trim on-site What We Offer Competitive compensation Overtime opportunities Steady, year-round high-end residential work Opportunities for advancement Professional and respectful team environment Access to premium tools and equipment Ideal Candidate You are a craftsman who values quality over speed, notices the smallest details, and takes pride in delivering exceptional finished work.
