In this role, you will oversee the installation of custom cabinets, millwork, and related fixtures, ensuring precision, quality, and timely completion on every project. Coordinate with project manager, and uphold safety standards across various job sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and leadership in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Duties Install and supervise installation teams to ensure efficient and accurate cabinet and millwork installation primarily on residential projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed schematics to execute precise installations Coordinate project specifications and deadlines Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to complete installations Oversee finishing touches such as trim carpentry and door hanging Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including scaffolding setup. Conduct quality control inspections to verify proper fitment, alignment, and finish of cabinetry and millwork components Skills Extensive experience in cabinet installation, woodworking, trim carpentry Strong knowledge of blueprint reading Experience with hi-end custom furniture / millwork. Effective communication with project managers, clients, installation teams and cabinet fabricators. Fluent in speaking english and spanish.
