Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. Our company specializes in high-end custom cabinetry, including luxury kitchen cabinets, closets and custom millwork projects. We are looking for a professional installer who takes pride in delivering clean, precise, and high-quality work. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, organized, and capable of handling custom installations with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Install high-end custom cabinetry, closets, and millwork projects with precision and professionalism Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry according to project requirements Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client expectations Safely handle heavy materials and cabinetry components on-site Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and professionally Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of cabinet installation experience Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry installation techniques Proven track record of high-quality workmanship Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must speak English; Portuguese is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are experienced and passionate about custom cabinetry installation, we would love to hear from you.
