This position is focused on shop fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry and millwork. We are not looking for installers. We are looking for a skilled craftsman who can build and assemble high-quality products in a workshop environment. Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble custom kitchen cabinets.
- Build closets, bathroom vanities, and custom millwork.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and production plans.
- Assemble cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and components.
- Install hardware, hinges, drawer slides, and accessories.
- Maintain quality control throughout the fabrication process.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinet fabrication or millwork.
- Experience working with melamine, MDF, plywood, and laminate materials.
- Ability to read shop drawings and production details.
- Experience using woodworking machinery and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Driver's license is a plus.
