Cabinet Install and Service Supervisor

Founded in 1957, Raymond Building Supply supplies specialty building materials to customers across southwest Florida, operating multiple locations in the state, including custom millwork, wall panel and truss manufacturing facilities. Raymond's operations also include Jones Lumber, with locations in Boca Raton and Fort Pierce, and LouMac Distributors in Fort Myers. . A Brief Overview A Cabinet Install and Service Supervisor will supervise the work of a team of Cabinet Install and Service technicians and leads. This position is responsible for overseeing the installation and service process in an efficient manner. What you will do Work with other installers to install cabinet products as assigned and trained. Follow manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products. Track time and materials as required for each installation project. Maintain all equipment in good order and report any malfunctions to field supervisor. Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Follow all company policies and procedures. Provide quality customer service. Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise. Retain an awareness of the work environment critical to the task at hand to produce error free and damage free results. Responsible for supervising a team of 8+ associates, including hiring and termination decisions, setting goals (directly orrelaying from management), communicating expectations, and providing performance feedback. Responsible for budgeting and financial oversight, which may include aspects of P&L accountability. Required For All Jobs Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Adhere to Company's commitment to workplace safety. Participate in and complete assigned trainings. Education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Qualifications 5+ years cabinet installation/service experience required. Skills and Abilities Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation. Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions.
