Job summary:
We're hiring reliable Helpers to support our installation crews in the Ft Myers-Naples area. This is an entry-level to early-career role for physically fit candidates who want on-the-job training in finish carpentry and millwork installation. Helpers work under lead installers to measure, transport, prep, and assist with installations. Key responsibilities Load/unload, protect, and transport cabinetry and millwork at job sites. Assist installers with measuring, squaring, clamping, and fitting pieces. Hold, brace, and secure cabinets/panels during installation. Run basic hand and power tools (drill, impact, tape measure, level) under supervision.
Prep job sites:
remove packing, protect floors/walls, clean up debris. Follow directions from lead installers and supervisors. Maintain tools and help inventory materials. Daily clean up after work.
Qualifications / Requirements
0-2 years construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required — we will train motivated candidates. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on ladders/scaffolding. Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, levels). Reliable transportation to crew meeting points and project sites Valid driver's license. Good communication, punctuality, and a team-first attitude. Willingness to learn and commit to quality workmanship. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Preferred Experience handling cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry. OSHA 10 or similar safety training (or willingness to obtain). Basic math and ability to read simple measurements
