This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your expertise in woodworking, fabrication, and installation. You will be instrumental in transforming design concepts into functional, beautiful cabinetry that enhances living and working spaces. Your skills in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and various carpentry techniques will ensure each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct custom cabinets. Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry components using hand tools and power tools with precision. Fabricate cabinet parts through woodworking techniques and ensure proper fitting and finishing. Install fixtures, doors, hardware, and trim while ensuring alignment and functionality meet quality standards. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure specifications are met within project timelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in cabinetry construction, woodworking, or related fields such as remodeling or restoration industry experience. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other fabrication equipment. Familiarity with construction site procedures including heavy lifting, scaffolding, drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, roofing, siding, and electrical or plumbing basics. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in cabinet installation and finishing work.
