In-House Cabinet Installer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented High-End Cabinetry Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience installing high-end & semi-custom cabinetry in $1M+ homes. Proven ability to assemble, install and modify cabinets with precision and care. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Because this is a customer-facing position, professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Cabinetry Duties:

Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to meet project requirements. Install and modify cabinets according to specifications and plans. Measure, cut, and shape wood, laminate, and other materials for cabinet installation. Mark out slab locations and reference lines to verify cabinet footprint prior to install. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently. Perform touch-ups/warranty repair and modifications as needed to meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in cabinet installation, woodworking and general carpentry Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Proficiency in using woodworking tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs.). Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training or apprenticeship in cabinetry, woodworking, or related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in high end cabinetry installation Clean driving record required

Work Environment:

Work may involve exposure to sawdust, loud noise, and heavy lifting. Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
