In this energetic role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces by expertly installing custom closets and related fixtures. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will help clients maximize their space while enjoying a seamless, professional experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in carpentry and construction while working on diverse projects that challenge and inspire you. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install closet systems, cabinetry, and fixtures with precision and care Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate execution Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively on-site Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and custom fabrication tasks as needed Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure efficient project completion Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure installation meets specifications and expectations Experience Proven experience in carpentry, including trim carpentry, framing, or cabinet installation Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with construction estimating, remodeling, or restoration projects Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of construction site safety standards and procedures Background in drywall finishing, flooring installation, tile laying or masonry is a plus Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
