We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cabinet Installation & Cabinet Painting Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working in customers' homes. Position Overview The Cabinet Installation & Cabinet Painting Technician will assist with cabinet prep, painting, refinishing, installation, refacing, hardware installation, jobsite setup, and cleanup. The ideal candidate has experience with basic carpentry, cabinet installation, spraying/painting, sanding, masking, and working with hand and power tools. Training may be provided for the right candidate, but previous cabinet, painting, remodeling, or finish carpentry experience is a strong plus. Qualifications Prior experience in cabinet installation or finish carpentry within the construction or restoration industry is highly preferred Experience with spray finishing, sanding, masking, or refinishing is a plus Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Experience with various construction trades, including framing, drywall finishing, flooring installation, and basic electrical or plumbing work, is a plus Ability to measure and cut crown molding accurately to 1/16 inch Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and power tool use Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional manner Takes pride in quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry materials, cabinet doors, tools, and equipment Comfortable working in residential homes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening if required Ideal Candidate The right person for this role is dependable, hardworking, and detail-focused.
