This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can help lead jobs from start to finish. Job Summary As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading cabinet makeover projects in customers' homes and in our shop. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to help guide other team members on the job. Responsibilities Cabinet painting, refinishing, and prep work Cleaning, sanding, masking, and protecting jobsite areas Spraying, brushing, or applying finishes Removing and reinstalling cabinet doors and drawer fronts Adjusting doors, hinges, drawer fronts, and hardware Reading job notes, work orders, and project details Communicating with customers in a respectful and professional manner Helping train and guide other technicians Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experienced in painting, refinishing, cabinetry, carpentry, remodeling, or construction Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and quality-focused Comfortable working in customers' homes Willing to learn and follow our process Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Able to work independently and as part of a team Join our team as a Lead Technician if you're passionate about restoring spaces with precision and enthusiasm!
