Kitchen Cabinet Designer Naples, FL 34109 From $60,000 a year - Full-time From $60,000 a year - Full-time About Us Daniel Thomas Fine Cabinetry is a leading Naples-based luxury cabinetry design firm specializing in high-end kitchens, baths, closets and custom residential interiors. We collaborate with respected builders, architects, and interior designers to create refined, highly detailed cabinetry solutions for exceptional homes defined by craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless elegance throughout Southwest Florida. The Role We are seeking a Cabinetry Designer to join our in-house design team. This position focuses on the design, development, and coordination of luxury cabinetry projects from initial concept through final approval. The role is fully on-site at our Naples showroom and involves close collaboration with clients, builders, and internal project teams. Responsibilities Design luxury kitchens, baths, closets and custom cabinetry packages Develop detailed layouts, elevations, and cabinetry documentation Manage design revisions and client feedback through approval Assist with material, finish, and hardware selections Participate in client meetings and design presentations Coordinate design details with builders and project managers Prepare finalized designs for production and installation Qualifications 3+ years of experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or high-end residential design Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and detailing Proficiency in 20/20, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Professional communication and presentation abilities Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced design environment What We Offer Work on some of Naples' most prestigious luxury residences A professional, design-driven studio environment Access to premium cabinetry brands and custom solutions Competitive compensation based on experience Long-term growth opportunities within the firm Compensation Staring at $60,000 to unlimited based on experience
