About Us:
Detailers of Naples is a premier automotive detailing shop specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tinting, and ceramic coatings. We take pride in delivering top-tier automotive protection services with precision and excellence. We are currently looking for an experienced PPF Installer to join our team.
Position Overview:

MUST HAVE PRIOR PPF EXPERIENCE
•We are seeking a skilled PPF Installer with prior experience in applying paint protection films. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. This position requires hands-on experience in PPF installations, a passion for automotive protection, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces. Ensure precision cutting, alignment, and seamless application of PPF. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of PPF installation experience is required. Experience with brands such as XPEL, 3M, STEK, or SunTek is a plus. Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team setting. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Interview Requirement:
All candidates must complete a working interview to demonstrate their PPF installation skills before a formal job offer is extended.
