Right Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of gutter installation experience required Must have your own LLC Must carry Workers' Compensation Insurance or provide WC Exemption documentation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lead jobs independently and manage crew efficiency Experience with 6" seamless gutter systems preferred Must have reliable transportation and basic installation tools

Responsibilities:

Lead gutter installation projects from start to finish Measure, cut, and install gutters, downspouts, soffit, and fascia as needed Ensure all work meets company quality standards Communicate professionally with customers on-site Maintain a safe and organized work environment If you're dependable, experienced, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
