In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality millwork components, including custom cabinetry, moldings, and architectural woodwork. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and precision in every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Work hours are M-Th 7am-4:30pm and Fridays 7am-12pm. 40 hour weeks promised. Overtime encouraged. Looking for reliable workers who are eager to get projects done in a timely manner. Duties Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately fabricate millwork components. Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials. Use forklifts and materials handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished products safely within the warehouse or manufacturing floor. Fabricate, assemble, and install custom woodwork pieces with precision, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve manufacturing processes. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling of delicate or heavy items. Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment used in millwork fabrication. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation and maintenance. Experience with forklift operation and materials handling techniques. Strong understanding of carpentry principles, construction methods, and woodworking techniques. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately. Familiarity with manufacturing processes specific to millwork production and assembly.
