We specialize in creating impactful visual designs that drive results across print, digital, and wide-format applications. _ Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vinyl Graphics & Wrap Installation Lead to join our graphics installation team in West Palm Beach. In this hands-on role, you will oversee the installation of vehicle graphics, wraps, and decals with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets our high standards for quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. As a leader in the installation process, you will mentor team members, coordinate workflow, and uphold safety protocols to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical skills while leading a passionate team dedicated to transforming vehicles into moving works of art. Experience with installation and production of general signs, such as cutting and assembling ACM and Aluminum sign panels, installing wall-mounted sign panels, post and panel signs, ground signs, and dimensional letters, is a plus. _ Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate vinyl graphics and wrap installations on various vehicle types and sign applications, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process Supervise and mentor installation technicians, guiding best practices and techniques to enhance skill levels Perform quality control checks on all printed and finished materials prior to installation. Prepare surfaces for vinyl graphic installation, including removal of previous graphics and adhesives from a variety of surfaces without causing damage. Install graphics on all vehicle types-include die-cut/spot graphics, partial wraps, and full wraps, floor graphics, storefront window graphics, and wall graphics. Ability to operate light hand tools. Ability to produce high-quality work on time and within deadlines Keeping the work area clean and organized. Other duties required by your supervisor. Manage inventory of color-change vinyls, shop supplies, and place supply/material orders as directed by management. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace. Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure accurate, on-time project completions. Schedule installation jobs and lead staff to be accurate, productive, and efficient. _ Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in vinyl wrap installations Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Extensive knowledge of vinyl brands such as 3M, Oracal, Avery, Evolv, etc. Ability to work independently, with others, and lead the team to consistently meet production deadlines while maintaining superior quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations and environmental standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a production environment. Perform heavy lifting of vehicle parts or large graphic panels safely and effectively during the installation process. Ability to logically solve problems. Willing to travel (typically about 10% of the time). Valid FL driver's license with clean driving record. Must pass background screening. High school diploma or equivalent. _ Preferred Qualifications 3M, PDAA, or other technical training or certifications are a plus. Experience installing various signs, panels, dimensional letters. $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
