Requirements:

Basic carpentry or construction experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead installer with loading, unloading and organizing materials Help transport tools and supplies to and from the job site Support installing custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications Collaborate with lead installer to ensure timely completion of projects Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service Learn and develop installation and measurement skills over time We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
