Job Description

Responsibilities Fabricate custom cabinets, built-ins, wall panels, doors, and architectural millwork. Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural plans, and specifications. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Assemble cabinetry and millwork components in the shop. Install cabinetry, trim, wall panels, and custom millwork on job sites. Verify dimensions and field conditions before fabrication and installation. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with project managers and team members to meet project schedules. Ensure finished products meet company quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of cabinet making, woodworking, or millwork experience preferred. Ability to read and understand shop drawings and construction plans. Experience with cabinet fabrication, assembly, and installation. Knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work on job sites. Preferred Skills Experience with custom residential millwork. Knowledge of concealed hardware, cabinet installation techniques, and field modifications. Familiarity with CNC-produced components and architectural millwork. Ability to problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
