Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom cabinet designs that meet clients' aesthetic preferences and functional needs. You will collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and construction professionals to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions for residential and commercial projects. Your expertise in layout design, lighting, and renovation will help transform spaces into stunning and practical environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity while providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance throughout the design process. Duties Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for cabinet and interior design projects Develop detailed layout plans using 2020 Design software Present design proposals, including material options and remodeling ideas, ensuring client satisfaction Assist with product demos and educate clients on available options to enhance their spaces through upselling techniques Collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are feasible, accurate, and aligned with renovation or remodeling plans Manage account details, track project progress, and coordinate with vendors for procurement of materials and fixtures Provide ongoing customer service support post-installation to address maintenance or adjustment needs Requirements Proven experience in cabinet design with a strong portfolio showcasing layout and design skills Proficiency in 2020, CAD software, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools Excellent communication skills in English Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion Knowledge of high-end sales techniques, inside sales strategies, and retail math principles for effective upselling and product demonstrations Ability to work collaboratively with construction teams on remodeling projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through innovative cabinet designs!
