Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closet Installer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces by installing custom closet systems, cabinetry, and storage solutions with precision and care. Your expertise will help clients maximize their space and enhance their home organization. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom closet systems, cabinetry, shelving, and storage units according to project specifications and blueprints Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise fitting and alignment of components Collaborate with operations and clients to ensure installation meets quality standards and client expectations Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while maintaining a clean and organized work area Conduct site inspections to verify measurements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or related fields with a focus on cabinetry or closet installation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites or residential projects Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards and quality craftsmanship Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to bring innovative storage solutions to life!
