In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, fixtures, and related millwork with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring quality finishes that meet client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of tools and techniques, and contribute to beautiful, functional interiors. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, countertops, and fixtures according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to ensure accurate installation Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform precise carpentry and fabrication tasks Install doors, trim carpentry, moldings, and hardware to complete finished spaces with attention to detail Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet safety standards and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to facilitate smooth workflow Perform restoration work such as caulking, plastering, stucco application, or masonry repairs as needed Requirements Proven experience in cabinet installation or related construction fields with strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating, inspection, and site safety protocols Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, and concrete finishing is a plus Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working at various heights or confined spaces Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Join us in creating stunning interiors through skilled craftsmanship!
