In this role, you will assist skilled carpenters and countertop installers in preparing, handling, and installing cabinets and granite surfaces. Duties Assist with the measurement, cutting, and fabrication of cabinets and granite countertops using hand tools and power tools Support the installation process by lifting, positioning, and securing cabinetry and stone surfaces according to schematics and blueprints Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or ladders for safe access Help with the handling of heavy materials such as rebar, concrete forms, or metal studs during construction or restoration projects Follow safety protocols including proper caulking, drywall finishing, or siding installation procedures to ensure a secure work environment Assist in the use of CNC machines or other fabrication equipment for precise cutting and shaping of materials Support team members with tasks like door hanging, fixture installation, flooring, tile laying, or electrical work as needed to ensure project completion Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in a remodeling environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry techniques such as trim carpentry or framing carpentry Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, or construction drawings is a plus Experience with heavy lifting, material handling, or restoration industry projects will be advantageous Demonstrated ability to follow safety guidelines related to roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, or water damage restoration Previous exposure to manufacturing processes like assembly or CNC fabrication is beneficial but not mandatory Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail Join us in building exceptional spaces!
