Job Description
We are seeking a dependable individual to join our commercial cabinet and millwork team. This position is ideal for someone looking to learn a skilled trade, as well as experienced cabinet installers seeking steady work and growth opportunities. The right candidate will assist with cabinet and millwork fabrication, deliveries, installations, jobsite setup, and general shop duties. No experience is required for the right person—we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Candidates with cabinet installation, finish carpentry, construction, woodworking, or millwork experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist with cabinet and millwork installations Load, unload, and transport materials Help maintain shop organization and cleanliness Operate basic hand and power tools Assist fabricators and installers as needed Follow safety procedures on jobsites and in the shop Learn cabinet and millwork construction techniques Qualifications Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Construction, carpentry, cabinet, millwork, or woodworking experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience On-the-job training Opportunity for advancement Consistent full-time work Small team environment where your work matters
