Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality custom cabinets and architectural millwork tailored to client specifications, ensuring precision and craftsmanship at every step. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately build custom cabinets and related fixtures. Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery where applicable. Fabricate cabinet components with attention to detail, ensuring precise fitting and finishing. Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Assist with related tasks such as trim carpentry, door hanging, siding installation, and remodeling projects as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols on the construction site. Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry construction or related carpentry fields such as trim carpentry. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance.
