Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated cabinet Installer to join our dynamic custom cabinetry team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets, wood countertops, and related fixtures with precision and care. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring functional and aesthetically pleasing results that meet client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential remodels to commercial renovations, contributing directly to the quality and success of each project. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, countertops, and fixtures according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively on various construction sites Perform framing, drywall preparation, caulking, and finishing tasks necessary for cabinet installation Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded Conduct heavy lifting of materials and coordinate with other trades such as plumbing, electrical, and masonry teams Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Experience Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry roles within the construction or restoration industry Strong background in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and woodworking techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication processes Knowledge of construction estimating, remodeling practices, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, siding, stucco application, and water damage restoration is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment
