Job Description
Brass Hardware specializes in the manufacturing and selling of luxury brass furnishings. Our team of creative designers work together to develop and launch new products, keep up with the trends on where styles are going and stay relevant in a constantly changing market. We focus on modular shelving units, tipping rails and customization of parts that fit each client's unique needs. Someone who would be a great fit for this job excels in the following areas: Communication via email Working on platforms like Etsy, Shopify, etc. Knowledge of Fusion 360 The ability to work in a team based environment Problem solving Creativity General knowledge of construction We are looking for a full time individual who can communicate with clients on their current orders as well as helping them place new orders. This includes but is not limited to: Answering general inquiries Fielding common questions to the correct person Reviewing client spaces, ideas and drawings Quoting basic units Responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Creating CAD drawings of what the client is looking for. All of our sales are made online and the majority of these sales require direct communication from our sales team to consumers - beginning at conception of inquiry to recommendations on what will work in their space. Brass Hardware is growing and we are looking to expand our sales department to keep up with additional needs. •Preferred work experience includes: Cabinet design Furniture design build Illustrator Fusion 360
