We are a small, high-quality custom cabinet shop producing a mix of luxury residential cabinetry and commercial projects. We care deeply about craftsmanship, reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We are building something long-term and are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside a strong team. This position will primarily focus on cabinet finishing, but because we are a growing shop, the right person must also be willing to contribute beyond finishing when needed. We work as a team, solve problems together, and take pride in producing exceptional work. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Shows up consistently and takes pride in their work Works well with others and contributes to a positive team culture Takes ownership of mistakes and helps solve problems Wants to continue learning and improving Can help establish and maintain production schedules and delivery timelines Produces high-quality finishes with attention to detail Experience is important, but attitude, reliability, and work ethic matter more. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: 2K waterborne finishing systems Kremlin air-assisted airless spray systems Cabinet finishing and prep work Wood staining and toning Color matching and finish consistency Sanding and surface preparation Production scheduling and workflow coordination Shop Environment Water-based finishing systems Dedicated spray room Denray downdraft sanding tables Small, tight-knit team environment High-end residential and commercial cabinet production Focus on craftsmanship, efficiency, and growth Current shop team: 4 total shop employees 2 dedicated to finishing Schedule Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Fridays reserved as overflow days when needed Weekend work is rare Overtime paid at 1.5x base pay We intentionally work four 10-hour shifts to create better work-life balance and avoid unnecessary weekend work.
