We build high-end custom cabinetry and millwork projects. Applicants must take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with steady work and opportunity for growth. Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork Read and interpret shop drawings and plans Operate woodworking equipment and shop tools safely Cut, assemble, sand, and prep materials Assist with installs when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with the team to maintain production schedules Preferred Experience Cabinet shop or woodworking experience Ability to read tape measures and shop drawings Experience with: Hardwood cabinetry Laminate work Custom builds Edge banding (SCM & HOMAG) CNC experience (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Compensation Pay based on experience Full-time position
