Job Description

CabinetRX, the premier cabinet refinishing, refacing, and kitchen remodeling company in the Des Moines, IA area is expanding our services. We are looking for an individual to to help with production of cabinets and doors. The position includes working alongside the production manager in building cabinet doors and custom cabinets.
EXPERIENCE
Required. What You Might Be Doing (Depending on the Day or Needs of the Job) Working alone or with a group. Measuring accurately. Generating cut lists based on company standards. Sanding doors and cabinets. Working with woodworking equipment. Assemble and inspect each door, drawer front, panel, and cabinet to ensure it meets the company's quality standard. Working with our project management software to keep the company updated on the progress of a project. Helping to keep the warehouse clean and organized. Installing custom cabinets and doors for clients made in our warehouse. Installing hardware for cabinets and drawers such as knobs, handles, and hinges. Helping with other small jobs in the warehouse. Interacting with customers while the job is ongoing.
Experience:
Experience making cabinet doors and cabinets or woodworking required. Experience working in a warehouse with a team preferred. Ideal Qualities in a Candidate Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner. Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies. Inspects work for the highest quality. Maintains strict attention to detail when working. Follows all safety policies and procedures. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and execute our system. Strong interpersonal skills while working with the customer. This is not a subcontractor job. This is an employment position with our company.
Benefits Full-time or Part-time Job:
