Trim Carpenter/cabinet installer SJM Custom Cabinetry SJM Custom Cabinetry is a established and continual growing cabinet/millwork fabrication and installation company that is looking for an experienced, self motivated, and skilled individual to add to our professional installation staff. Our reputation of producing superior products installed by our professional staff has continued to solidify our relationships with long term clients and builders. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finish carpentry and woodworking is a must for this position. Starting pay will depend on the individuals work ethic and experience he or she has. Must be able to review projects with managers, homeowners, and contractors and work together to complete projects efficiency, accurately, and professionally. Good attendance and a great attitude is a must for this position. Hand tools supplied by employee, saws, cordless drills supplied by SJM. A valid drivers license and good driving record is required. Typical tasks will include hanging doors/base/casing, installation of cabinets and custom closets, railings, specialty moldings, and interior hardwares. 40-45 hour work week with overtime after 40 hours.
