Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Designer and unleash your creativity to craft stunning, functional cabinetry solutions that elevate interior spaces. In this role, you will blend artistic vision with technical expertise to design custom cabinets that meet clients' unique needs and preferences. Your passion for interior design, renovation, and high-end sales will drive customer satisfaction and inspire beautiful, practical environments. Whether collaborating with clients or working behind the scenes on layout and lighting design, you'll play a vital part in transforming spaces into personalized masterpieces. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for custom cabinetry projects Use SketchUp, CAD, and other design software to create detailed layout plans and 3D renderings Develop innovative lighting and interior design concepts that complement cabinetry and enhance overall aesthetics Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, upselling premium materials or additional services Provide expert guidance on cabinet placement, construction techniques, and maintenance requirements for remodeling and renovation projects Manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality control during installation and construction Build strong client relationships through inside and outside sales efforts, delivering excellent customer service and account management Handle POS transactions, stock management, merchandising, and cash handling in retail settings Promote high-end sales through marketing strategies while tracking sales performance and client preferences Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD (2D & 3D), and lighting design software Strong knowledge of construction, remodeling, renovation processes, and cabinetry maintenance Excellent verbal and written communication skills (multilingual abilities are a plus) Experience in inside and outside sales, upselling, negotiation, and customer service Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and vendors Familiarity with retail operations, including POS systems, merchandising, and inventory management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Basic math skills for measurements, pricing, and budgeting What We Offer Comprehensive training in lighting sales, account management, and marketing strategies Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A collaborative and innovative work environment The chance to make a tangible impact through creative, high-quality design work Embark on a rewarding career where your design talents make a lasting impact. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
