Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and finishing custom cabinets that meet precise specifications. Your expertise in woodworking, blueprint reading, and various construction techniques will ensure high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential remodels to commercial installations, utilizing your technical skills and passion for woodworking. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinets and fixtures. Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, siding, molding, and trim with precision on construction sites or in manufacturing settings. Perform heavy lifting of materials and components safely while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication and installation process to ensure durability and aesthetic standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on cabinet making or woodworking; construction site experience preferred. Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers), power tools (drills, sanders), CNC machines, and fabrication equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
