Our work ranges from storefront signs and vehicle wraps to banners and custom graphics.

Position Summary:

This role is a combination of graphic design, production, and installation of the finished products. You will be responsible for the hands-on development and installation of a wide variety of signs and graphics. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in producing and installing large and small objects to exterior and / or interior surfaces. This job will start out requiring up to 20 hours per week, with potential to extend to full time.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

Install a variety of signage types, including channel letters, vinyl graphics, banners, dimensional signs, and vehicle wraps. Apply vinyl graphics to various surfaces, including windows, walls, and vehicles with precision and care. Use power tools and equipment to safely and securely install signs at customer locations, ensuring stability and compliance with local regulations.

Site Preparation and Assessment:

Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, including measurements, materials, and environmental factors. Prepare surfaces and structures for sign installation, ensuring proper alignment and a professional finish.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect installed signs to ensure they meet our quality standards and client specifications. Make any necessary adjustments or repairs to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate professionally with clients during installations, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Represent our company with a positive attitude and excellent customer service at all times.

Safety and Maintenance:

Follow all safety protocols during installations, including the proper use of ladders, drills, scaffolding, and safety harnesses. Maintain and organize installation tools and equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience at a sign shop, working with vinyl, or in exterior/interior installation or with a strong understanding of installation techniques, including applying on and drilling into permanent structures.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong eye for design, know when something looks great and when it doesn't. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work at heights on ladders or scaffolding. Comfortable working outdoors in cold or hot weather conditions. Valid driver's license. Have a personal vehicle (truck preferred) and be willing to transport signage and equipment in that vehicle to installation sites across the Treasure Valley.
