Lead Cabinet Installer

Custom woodworking shop looking for a motivated individual for immediate full-time employment. As a member of our team you would be responsible for installing cabinets at both residential and commercial job sites. You will be responsible for leading a team of 1-2 other installers, making sure they are completing all aspects of the installation process with excellence and efficiency. Duties include, but are not limited to: Installing cabinets according to written specifications while directing/working with install assistant(s). Critically thinking through issues that might arise and efficiently problem solving on site. Work with job site PM when needed, to facilitate a successful install. Clean up job site after installation

Requirements:

3+ years of high-end cabinet installation with significant experience as lead installer Experience with Euro-style frameless cabinetry preferred Significant experience guiding a team of installers through the entire process from start to finish Ability to travel and work out of town when required (average 1 week per month) High school diploma, GED or equivalent Able to lift 50-60 pounds Ability to stand for prolonged periods Able to read a tape measure Able to safely use hand and power tools Have basic understanding of jobsite safety Show up to work in appropriate and clean attire Teamwork skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to communicate questions or concerns High attention to detail Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship.
