• Full-time A Vinyl Applicator is responsible for expertly applying vinyl graphics and wraps to various surfaces, ensuring top-quality results and efficient project completion.

This role combines precision, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

Organize workload and adhere to deadlines given by the supervisor Trim various materials by hand with a straight edge Measure accurately for layouts, cutting, and application Requires frequent standing, balancing, and bending Maintain work area and machinery/tools in good working condition Technically savvy and experienced with modern software tools Ability to operate roller to roller laminator Apply graphics to signs Apply vinyl to vehicles, awnings, and other structures Cut and apply masks Attention to detail with the ability to catch mistakes Check finished product for quality control Maintain a record of work time and workorders Maintain company safety standards Other duties assigned by department manager

Qualifications:

Construction knowledge preferred Vinyl application experience preferred Basic math skills + ability to read a tape measure Attention to detail and accuracy is a must Communicate verbally and in writing Ability to read and take instructions Climb ladders or stairs Lift and/or move up to 51lbs. Stand for long periods of time Ability to operate equipment with manual dexterity, speed, accuracy, and hand/eye coordination Pass Physical and drug screening exam
