You will transform raw materials into high-end, functional cabinetry, utilizing your expertise in precision joinery and assembly to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities Execute the full lifecycle of custom cabinetry projects, from initial fabrication to final installation. Operate advanced woodworking machinery and precision hand tools to achieve high-tolerance fits. Translate complex technical drawings and blueprints into tangible, high-quality furniture pieces. Optimize production workflows by maintaining an organized shop environment and prioritizing safety. Perform detailed modifications and restorative repairs to ensure long-term product durability. Continuously refine fabrication techniques to improve project efficiency and aesthetic outcomes. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated professional experience in custom cabinetry or fine woodworking. Comprehensive understanding of wood properties, joinery methods, and finishing techniques. Proven ability to interpret architectural blueprints and technical schematics. Proficiency in the safe operation of table saws, routers, planers, and various power tools.
