Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Shop Staff member, where your craftsmanship and dedication will bring custom cabinetry and woodworking projects to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, honing your skills in carpentry, and fabrication. You'll be instrumental in creating high-quality cabinets, fixtures, and woodwork that meet precise specifications, all while contributing to a collaborative and energetic workplace. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, this position provides a platform to grow your expertise in the restoration industry and construction trades. Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets, and wood components using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction. Measure, cut, and shape materials. Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely while maintaining proper posture and technique. Knowledge of painting and staining cabinets Being able to to color match finishes Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to safety standards and industry best practices. Experience Prior experience in cabinet construction and finishing Hands-on experience with woodworking. Familiarity with schematics, blueprints reading, CNC machinery operation, or metal stud framing is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently across various job sites.
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
