The Opportunity:

We are seeking skilled Carpenters and Sunroom Installers to join our in-house team. As a Jacob crew member, you'll help bring homeowners' visions to life by constructing high-quality sunrooms and decks that meet our company's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Install sunrooms, enclosures, and decks with accuracy and attention to detail. Read and follow blueprints and project plans. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Maintain an organized, professional, and safe worksite. Deliver excellent customer service and communication. Operate and care for tools and equipment responsibly. What You Bring (Qualifications): Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or home improvement installation. Sunroom or deck installation experience preferred. Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to lift, carry, and perform hands-on work in various weather conditions.
