Cabinet Maker and production Assistance Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Production Assistant and become a vital part of crafting semi custom cabinetry and woodwork. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in woodworking and fabrication while supporting the production process from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Assist Production in managing daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to processes.
• Monitor production lines, identify issues, and support timely problem-solving.
• Train, coach, and support production staff in best practices and company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Cut, shape and assemble high-quality wood components for kitchen and bath cabinetry, vanities and closets
• Safely operate standard shop machinery for woodworking.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities under deadlines.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• 3-5 years experience with woodworking and fabrication preferred.
• Detail-Oriented a measure twice cut once mentality with an eye for fine details in sanding and assembly
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the durationof a shift in a fast-paced production environment.
• Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems experience is a plus).
• Strong work ethnic and punctuality are essential to meeting our 2026 production deadlines.
