Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards and productivity goals are met Lead, motivate and develop a team of highly skilled craftspeople Maintain a quality-first culture throughout the manufacturing process Work effectively with Project Managers and Designers to ensure successful project execution Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Monitor workflow, staffing and production schedules to meet deadlines Troubleshoot production challenges and resolve issues in a timely manner Ensure a safe, organized and professional work environment Qualifications and Skills 5-10+ years of production management experience, preferably in custom cabinetry, millwork or woodworking manufacturing Strong woodworking and cabinet-building knowledge AutoCAD and/or Cabinet Vision experience is a plus Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills Creative thinking and experience in developing and implementing processes Naturally attentive to detail Ability to stay on task, take initiative, and execute tasks with minimum supervision Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve Ability to read and interpret shop drawings accurately Comfortable handling complex and demanding issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and 401(k) Paid time off Beautiful, state-of-the-art showroom and facility Supportive culture focused on growth, teamwork and professional success
