Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker and Furniture Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces, transforming raw materials into beautifully finished products that meet precise specifications. Your expertise in woodworking, fabrication, and installation will contribute to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing pieces for residential and commercial clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, work with diverse materials, and bring innovative designs to life in a collaborative environment. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction of cabinets and furniture Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, trim carpentry elements, and hardware on-site with precision Handle lifting safely during material transport and assembly processes Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to meet project timelines and expectations Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry making, furniture fabrication, or related carpentry fields with a focus on custom projects Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools such as chisels, saws, drills; power tools including routers, sanders Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed craftsmanship in woodworking Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality control Strong communication skills to interpret technical documents and collaborate effectively with team members Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional cabinetry and furniture pieces!
