Job Summary Carpentry Installers play a large role in the successful completion of ACo remodeling and new construction jobs by installing kitchen cabinets, and doing molding and trim work. Depending on the project, other duties can include building and repairing frameworks, stairways, doorframes and partitions with various types of materials. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and aim to produce quality materials through their carpentry skills as well as deliver superior service to ACo clients. Successful ACo carpenters are highly motivated and have experience in a variety of skilled trades, take responsibility for and help with maintaining a clean jobsite, work well as part of a team, and hold themselves and their work to a high standard. Job Responsibilities 1. Assist or Lead manufacturing and assembly of cabinetry in our cabinet shop. 2. Create accurate project bids. Determine the appropriate materials and supplies necessary for each step of the job and generate accurate lists of everything that is required. 3. Coordinate with ACo Project Manager and other installers to complete jobs on time and efficiently with a high degree of finish quality. 4. Analyze project plans and installation packets to ensure that measurements, processes and materials are properly being followed for best results. 5. Provide ACo Project Managers with accurate updates on project timelines as tasks are completed and inform managers of issues or concerns when appropriate. 6. Acknowledge and record all costs of materials, labor and other extras during the course of the project scope and plan of action. 7. Ensure the workplace site is kept clean and clear of debris so that all team members can do their jobs safely and efficiently. Education/Knowledge/Skills
  • At least five years of experience in carpentry in a variety of settings
  • Exerience with Office 365
