You will leverage your technical expertise in finish carpentry and blueprint interpretation to ensure every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Execute precise installation of cabinetry and countertops to ensure seamless fit and finish. Interpret complex blueprints and project specifications to guide accurate on-site assembly. Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools with a focus on safety and efficiency. Maintain a pristine and organized job site to promote safety and professional standards. Resolve on-site installation challenges through proactive problem-solving and technical adjustments. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in finish carpentry or cabinet installation. Demonstrated ability to accurately read and execute from blueprints and technical diagrams.
