In this energetic role, you will work closely with skilled carpenters and fabricators to bring innovative designs to life, ensuring precision and excellence in every project. Your hands-on expertise will contribute to creating beautiful, functional spaces for our clients, while you develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the restoration and construction industry, applying your craftsmanship to a variety of projects. Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom cabinets, fixtures, and wood components according to detailed schematics and blueprints Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and metal materials with precision to meet project specifications Support the installation of cabinets, doors, siding, trim carpentry, and related fixtures on construction sites or in shop environments Read schematics and blueprints accurately to ensure proper fabrication and installation processes Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support manufacturing and installation tasks Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards at all times Requirements Proven experience or training in carpentry, including trim carpentry, framing, or cabinet installation Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other fabrication equipment Experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments with a focus on woodworking or restoration projects Knowledge of construction industry practices such as rebar installation, concrete forming, plastering, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work or remodeling is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or fabrication tasks Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Valid safety certifications or willingness to obtain relevant safety training Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to develop your skills across various aspects of construction and restoration!
