In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, and finishing custom cabinets and woodworking projects with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise in carpentry, fabrication, and construction techniques will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, bringing clients' visions to life through expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. You must be able to pass a drug screen. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinets and related woodwork. Measure, cut, assemble, cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery as needed. Perform trim carpentry tasks including door hanging, fixture installation, and finishing touches to ensure seamless integration with existing structures. Utilize construction estimating skills to determine material needs and project timelines effectively. Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols on construction sites. Collaborate with team members Qualifications Proven experience in cabinet building, woodworking, or related carpentry fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment used in construction and manufacturing environments. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and experience with various trades including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, and plastering is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout all phases of construction or restoration projects. Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites along with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities to coordinate with team members and clients alike.
