Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seamless Gutter Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters that protect homes and commercial buildings from water damage. Your expertise will ensure efficient, precise installations while maintaining safety standards on-site. Duties Measure, cut, and assemble seamless gutters using hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate fit and finish Install gutters on various building types, ensuring proper alignment, slope, and secure fastening for optimal water flow Use schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation processes with precision Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Perform quality inspections during and after installation to guarantee durability and adherence to project specifications Collaborate with team members and project managers to coordinate schedules, materials, and site logistics Conduct minor repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure seamless operation of installed gutters Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fixture installation techniques Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection processes, and restoration techniques Skills in working with various materials including aluminum, copper, vinyl, or steel for gutter fabrication and installation Ability to perform precise measurements using tape measures and levels; experience with concrete forming or masonry is a plus Strong understanding of roofing systems, caulking methods, trim carpentry, and general construction painting techniques Experience with glass installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, or flooring installation is advantageous Ability to read technical schematics related to plumbing, electrical systems or other building components relevant to gutter systems Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance Join us in creating durable solutions that enhance property protection while showcasing your craftsmanship!
