In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass and related fixtures across various construction and remodeling projects. Your expertise will help ensure that each installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in glass installation, fabrication, and construction to deliver outstanding results. Duties Measure, cut, and install glass panels, windows, doors, and custom glass fixtures according to project specifications and schematics Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to prepare materials for installation Read blueprints and schematics accurately to determine dimensions and installation requirements Perform heavy lifting of glass panels and other materials safely while maintaining proper handling techniques Seal joints with caulking and ensure all fixtures are properly trimmed, aligned, and secured Install cabinetry, door frames, metal studs, trim carpentry elements, and other related fixtures as needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris regularly during projects Requirements Proven experience in glass installation, construction site work, or related fields such as remodeling or carpentry Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, screwdrivers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with precision Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely throughout the day Familiarity with fixture installation—including cabinets, doors, trim carpentry—and metal stud framing Handyman experience or general remodeling skills are highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship Join our team to build a career where your craftsmanship makes a visible difference!
